  • What if My Set is Damaged, Lost or Stolen?

    We recommend that you insure your Infinity rental clubs against theft, loss or damage.  Some house insurance policies will cover these risks, and there are also specialist insurance companies that will insure your clubs against these risks. They will also insure you against injury to other golfers and even your bar bill should you score a hole in one.

    If your Infinity set is damaged, lost or stolen then please inform our customer service team as soon as possible.  Every club has an individual serial number which is recorded by Clubs to Hire before despatch and checked on return.  We can provide you with this information so that you can report it to the police.

    • Damage to a club or clubs - Either repair or replace the club locally using a PGA Professional.  If you replace the club
    • Loss or Theft of your set - Report the incident to the police as soon as possible and obtain a crime report number.  Inform our customer service team, who will provide you with the serial numbers for your clubs, plus a cost to replace the set.  This can be used to claim on your insurance.

  • Can I Buy my Rental Set?

    If you prefer to buy your rented set at the end of your rental period, then please contact our customer services department.  They will prepare a purchase quotation for you.

  • What is Infinity from Clubs to Hire?

    Infinity from Clubs to Hire is a new product that allows golfers to experience the latest technology in golf clubs at a very affordable price. You simply agree to a rental period of 6 months or longer and pay as you go.

  • How Does It Work?

    You select a brand new set or pre used rental set from our website.  Our new sets are 2024 models from Callaway and PXG and our pre used sets are from Callaway and TaylorMade.  Our pre used sets have previously been offered by Clubs to Hire on our short term programme and have been carefully maintained and checked before being offered on long term rental.  We will offer more manufacturers and set choices as the Infinity programme expands over 2024/5.

    Once you have chosen your set and preferred rental period our website will calculate your initial and monthly rental payments.  Once you have checked out we will email you to verify your identity using simple ID software (as used by banks).  Our customer service team will then contact you to arrange delivery.  Please note that delivery can only be made to the address entered at checkout.

  • What is In My Rental Set?

    Each Infinity rental set will contain a full set including Driver, Wood, Hybrid, Irons 5 to SW. Please check each set on the website for the exact set make up. As putter and bags are very personal items we do include them.

  • Can I Order Extra Clubs and a Bag?

    Golf bags, putters and specialist wedges are not supplied with our Infinity rental sets.

  • How Will I Receive my Rental Set?

    Once you have ordered your set and we have completed your identity check, our customer service team will contact you to arrange delivery.  Your set will be delivered by courier within 7 days.  All deliveries will be tracked and must be signed for.

  • How Do I Return my Set at the End of the Rental Period?

    30 days before the end of your agreed rental period our customer service team will contact you to discuss if you would like to return your clubs, extend the rental period or purchase your set outright.  If you choose to return the set then it is your responsibility to pack them suitably and safely and arrange a tracked and insured courier service.  The rental set must be received by Clubs to Hire no later than 7 days after the end of the rental period.
