When you make a reservation for your clients, please be advised of the following

1. The client's phone number has to be provided. We must have that information to deliver a seamless and efficient service
2. To protect the business we will need the client to provide a copy of his ID and CC.
3. When booking for some locations you will receive an email to confirm the arrangements with a link for the client to upload the documents. Please make sure the client does it or we won't be able to deliver the clubs
4. In case you make a reservation for a location and don't receive the link, please contact us and we can get that for you
