  • Where do I collect the golf equipment after making my booking?

    You can collect your clubs in the following manner

    Faro - At our shop located in the arrivals hall of the terminal building.

    Malaga - Our shop in Malaga is located in the arrivals hall of Malaga Airport. After collecting your luggage please make your way to the exit. You will see our shop BEFORE the exit doors into the public area.

    Lisbon - To collect your booked sets please turn right after exiting the luggage area and proceed to the EasyGo Lisbon booth located in the main arrivals lounge.

    Alicante - Our ground handlers will email you directions to arrange a meeting point at the airport.

    Aphrodite Hills, Paphos, Cyprus - For all arrivals to this location, clubs must be collected and returned to the Aphrodite Hills golf resort. It is a condition of hire that you must play one round of golf at the Aphrodite Hills Resort.

    Bahia de Cadiz - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Belek- Our ground handlers will email you to agree a location and time to deliver your clubs upon arrival at Belek (Hotel delivery only)

    Costa Dorada - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Dublin - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Edinburgh -Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Girona - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Gran Canaria - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Maderia - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Murcia - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Palma Majorca -  Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Tenerife - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Bangkok - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange delivery of your clubs to your chosen hotel in Bangkok.

    Pattaya - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange delivery of your clubs to your chosen hotel in Pattaya.

    Phuket - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange delivery of your clubs to your chosen accommodation in Phuket.

    Capetown - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a point to meet at the airport.

    Marrakesh - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange delivery of your clubs to your chosen hotel in Marrakesh.

    Orlando - Our ground handlers will email you to arrange a meeting point in downtown Orlando.

    Phoenix/Scottsdale -  Our ground handlers will deliver you sets to your location within a 15 mile area surrounding our handlers three pick up locations. These are Sky Harbor Car Rental Centre, Golf Anything outlet in Scottsdale and Golfsmith Store in Glendale.

  • What paperwork do I need to collect the equipment?

    You must have your ClubstoHire.com confirmation number and a Photo ID to collect the equipment.

  • Where do I return the golf equipment when I am finished?

    You must return the equipment to the location where you picked it up. Failure to do so will result in charges to your credit card.

  • How many clubs are in each set?

    ClubstoHire will supply you with a golf bag and between 11-14 clubs. All sets will feature a Driver, Fairway woods, Rescue club, irons, putter and bag.

  • Are your clubs from the leading golf manufacturers?

    ClubstoHire prides itself on supplying the latest golf equipment from the leading golf manufacturers. Our suppliers include leading names such as TaylorMade, Callaway, MD Golf, Mizuno and Wilson.

  • Lost/Damage
  • If I lose or delete my confirmation email how can I get a new one?

    You will need to email us at customerservice@clubstohire.com giving your booking dates, name and travel dates. We will then reissue you with a new confirmation.

  • What happens if the hire set of clubs are damaged, lost or stolen while in my possession?

    Each client is responsible for the golf equipment during the hire period. ClubstoHire will charge your payment card for the retail replacement cost of any item that is not returned. Equipment that is damaged will be assessed and charged to your payment card.

  • Can I protect myself against loss or damage of the clubs.?

    Yes you can protect yourself against loss or damage of your hired set. We charge €7/£7 per set per rental. This covers you for breakages and damage to the clubs. If a club is lost / stolen an excess will apply. Our excess policy is listed below. Cover is offered during the booking process.

  • What benefit am I making to the environment by hiring the clubs rather than putting them on the aircraft?

    Our service will automatically reduce weight on aircrafts as golfers will no longer need to put their golf bags in the luggage hold. This, in turn, will improve every client’s carbon footprint by between 25 and 30Kgs per flight.
