Cork: Golf club rental sets must be collected and returned at the McGuirks Golf shop in Cork.

Reus | Cambrils: Shortly after your golf club rental booking is completed, you will receive an email requesting the information required to arrange delivery and collection of your golf club rental. Golf clubs can be delivered directly to your hotel or golf course in Reus, Cambrils and the surrounding area. If you are arriving at Barcelona El Prat Airport and travelling to Reus or Cambrils, we can also arrange a convenient meeting point along your route.

Tenerife: Our local team will contact you to arrange delivery of your golf club rental directly to your hotel or accommodation. Free delivery is available in Los Cristianos, Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Other locations may incur a delivery charge.

You must have your ClubstoHire.com confirmation number and a Photo ID to collect the equipment.

Your golf equipment must be returned at the agreed collection location and time confirmed as part of your golf club rental booking. Depending on the destination, this may be your hotel reception, golf course pro shop, caddymaster, resort reception, airport meeting point or another agreed collection location. Failure to return the equipment as agreed may result in additional charges being applied.

ClubstoHire will supply you with a golf bag and between 10-14 clubs. All sets will feature a Driver, Fairway woods, Rescue club, irons, putter and bag.

Each client is responsible for the golf equipment throughout the golf club rental period. Any loss, theft, or damage to the golf equipment may result in charges being applied in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, including applicable replacement or repair costs where necessary.

Yes. Gold Cover Protection can be added during the golf club rental booking process for €10/£10 per set per rental. Gold Cover Protection reduces your liability for certain types of accidental damage and provides a reduced excess for lost or stolen clubs, subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Please note that Gold Cover Protection does not cover all types of damage. Missing club heads, unrepairable damage, abuse, neglect, misuse of equipment and certain other circumstances may be treated as lost or stolen equipment and charged accordingly. Any damage, loss or theft claims will be assessed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. A full tariff of applicable excess charges is listed below.
